A beavatkoz\u00e1sok eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9nt fejl\u0151dik a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g tagjainak egym\u00e1s ir\u00e1nti felel\u0151ss\u00e9gtudata, a helyi civil t\u00e1rsadalom meger\u0151s\u00f6d\u00e9se seg\u00edti a helyi k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi konfliktusok megold\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s az \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 cselekv\u00e9si k\u00e9pess\u00e9gek er\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, er\u0151s\u00f6dik a civil aktivit\u00e1s, kialakulnak, illetve meger\u0151s\u00f6dnek a&nbsp; sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges kompetenci\u00e1k, az \u00f6nk\u00e9ntess\u00e9g, a helyi identit\u00e1s, valamint a telep\u00fcl\u00e9shez, telep\u00fcl\u00e9sr\u00e9szekhez, t\u00e9rs\u00e9ghez&nbsp; val\u00f3 k\u00f6t\u0151d\u00e9s. A beavatkoz\u00e1s k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben a megl\u00e9v\u0151 (hum\u00e1n) er\u0151forr\u00e1sok felsz\u00ednre ker\u00fclnek, az egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sek k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben ezen er\u0151forr\u00e1sok&nbsp; a ktiviz\u00e1l\u00f3dnak \u00e9s min\u0151s\u00e9gi v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1st hoznak a telep\u00fcl\u00e9s, telep\u00fcl\u00e9si k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gek
